At DesiMovies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and cinematic furnishings; if a piece doesn't fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure our home goods are not damaged during the transit process.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
